Questions
What brands ask us first: cost, creators, the portal and the assistant.
Send it over and someone on the team will come back to you.
An influencer marketing agency plans the campaign, finds and vets the creators, negotiates and contracts them, manages the content and the schedule, and reports on what it delivered. MASH does all of that from Doha, on a platform we built for it, so a brand sees the live state of its campaign rather than a weekly update.
There is no list price, because the cost is driven by what the campaign asks for: the reach of the creators, how many deliverables each one produces, how long you want usage rights, whether you need exclusivity in a category, and whether anyone has to travel. We quote per campaign in QAR, itemised by creator, so you can see what each part costs before you approve it.
We match against the brief on audience data, not follower counts. That means how much of a creator's audience is actually reachable in Qatar, the age and gender split, how much of the following is real rather than bought, and how the account has performed on comparable work. The shortlist reaches your portal with those figures attached.
Yes. When the influencer library is switched on for your brand, your client portal lists the creators we work with, searchable by name, platform and niche, with audience location, authenticity, engagement history and estimated rates on every profile. It is read-only: approaching a creator still goes through a campaign.
Ask MASH answers questions about your own account: how a campaign performed, which deliverables are due, what is waiting for your approval, how two creators compare, and where your trips stand. It replies in English or Arabic, can draw a chart or export a table, and only ever sees your brand's data.
Yes. A smaller creator with a genuinely local, engaged audience often outperforms a large regional account for a campaign aimed at Qatar. Most rosters we propose mix a few larger names with micro-influencers who carry the day-to-day reach.
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, which is where the audience in Qatar is. We track each account's numbers per platform, so a creator strong on TikTok is not booked on the strength of an Instagram following.
From an agreed brief, a shortlist usually reaches your portal within a few days. What happens after that depends on the campaign. Contracting and scheduling are quick, but shoots, travel and content approvals set the real timeline. The calendar in the platform shows every date as it is agreed.
Yes. Agreements are generated from the approved roster, signed online and stored against the campaign, with fees and payment terms in QAR. Neither the brand nor the creator has to chase paperwork through email.
Always. Every recommended creator lands in your own client portal first, and nobody is contacted until you have approved the roster. Decline anyone and the roster updates the moment you do.
